How do I merge my video files together?

Windows Movie Maker is a very useful tool. It can help you edit, cut and merge videos together into one video file easily. In this article, I will show you how to merge videos in Windows Movie Maker.

Step 1: Select the videos you want to merge

Open Windows Movie Maker and click on the File menu and select Import. Then navigate to the folder containing your video files and select them all. Once they are all selected, click Open and then OK when prompted.

Step 2: Add effects if desired

If you want to add effects such as transitions or fade-ins/fade-outs, click Effects on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen or click More Video Effects from the Edit menu. From here, select which effect or effects you want to apply and follow the instructions for each one (they'll be different for every effect). When done adding effects, click Apply when prompted or simply close out of it all together if there are no other changes needed at this point.

Step 3: Cut out unwanted portions from each video clip
